Customers may return unused and unworn items within 14 days of receiving their order. Returned products must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Custom-made, personalized, embroidered, or specially manufactured products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error by Emerald Rozalia.
